Got weighed and measured today. I weigh more today than when I came in bootcamp, about 1 pound. Talked to trainer and will be eating less food. On days I don't do strenuous exercise, I will eat only 1000 calories. On days I do boot camp or I run, I will eat about 1200 calories. We will also check my weight every week. The goal is to loose 15 pounds in 3 months.
