Loosing weight is hard when your friends make a feast each time you get together.

I invited my friend over for dinner. He said he would provide trout.

I made a salad that included avocado, endives, spinach, tomato, cucumber, mixed herb salad, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I also sauteed ong choy. I was going to make couscous when he got to my place. He arrived with baked trout, a big pot of brown rice, 4 eggs and spinach to make an omelette. Needless to say that i didn't make any couscous because of the rice. We ate too much! He ate more than me.

Yesterday & today were not good days to stay under 1300 calories. Although I went a little over 1300 calories, I didn't exercise very much.
