Superman/Banana I can handle. It's the low plank run that does me in.

the sphinx push up was impossible for me to do without being on my knees - it was kinda funny.. I was in full push up position but I could not lift up at all - my body seriously decided not to cooperate with me! (and let's not even TALK about pullups - I basically just hung there for the fit test!)

Ha ha, I am so with you on the Sphinx push up. The first time I tried it my body did not even know how to do what I was asking! I think I got one in! And that low plank run really burns...

Holy moly...I'm on day 9. I can only pray that I can at least get into the Low Plank Run position by the time that this month is over. Wowwy. Actually, a lot of the positions are hard for me, or hurt. One day at a time. I already feel like my moves are improving this second week! I'm can certainly do more than last week.

Glad to know someone else's body is refusing to cooperate like mine! That is great you are seeing improvements already in just the second week! Hope I see them!

No one was more surprised then me when I could actually crank Sphinx push ups after failing to do one at the start. Just stick with it, do what you can. You will get stronger, you will know what to expect as far as doing better...and then you hit that moment! I still remember the day I completed the Ab-Ripper routine. And so do my neighbors because I was yelling up a storm.
