I was stuck and couldn't seem to lose weight - I went 3 weeks and only lost 3 pounds, even though I was staying under my RDI and had added exercise to my daily routine. Then the leader of a challenge I was on suggested I watch my ratios so that I had less than 50% carbs per day, less than 20% fat per day and more than 30% protein per day. I tried it that day and the pounds just started dropping - I'm on my 8th week and am down 17 pounds now so far. I live by that pie chart on my food diary!
