Welp, understanding that this is water weight, does not keep me from wanting to jump for joy at the progress. I went to church last night and people kinda made jokes about me eating salad instead of what they ate at the dinner we serve every Wednesday night. I know that they feel comfortable enough with me yes, but sometimes we need to use wisdom before speaking. I didn't like to be the show of the moment so to say. Needless to say, we are all imperfect people. I haven't tried keeping myself from things like having Mc Donald's, but instead having something lower in fat. Eventually I will give it up all together as I get closer to my goal. A friend of mine didn't want her Visalus shakes so I gladly took a bag off her hands. I will be doing them with and without water to see what the difference is. The other option will be milk with a higher calorie intake. Also we have had a container of Spark by Advocare sitting around rarely used and I have had one both days and it has helped my energy level. I am moving forward. I hope everyone has a blessed and powerful day in breaking down our fleshly nature and becoming what we should be, healthy.

Looking good is the best revenge, lol! It's about being healthy so stick to your guns. And great job on eating the salad.

Thank you very much. I actually hate salad :( I have to learn to love the cold veggies. I prefer hot ones.

Hot ones are also good, try some cabbage for instance :)
I think people will always do that... but remember: First they will ask you why are you doing this, BUT THEN they will ask you HOW you did it! Keep going! :)

It is hard to be the center of attention but it will be easier - and maybe even fun - when they start noticing how great you look. Keep up the good work.

I noticed you said that you didn't like vegetables. A good way to get them in is to make your own vegetable soups, which can be low sodium. It also helps you cut carbs out of your lunch or dinner because those are usually the meals we have more carbs and tend to overindulge on.

Also cheeseless omelettes are a good way to sneak in veggies too :)
