Well 2000 calories from alcohol is too much. Drinking is not bad if you don't overdo it.
When I drink, I have wine, it's only 85 calories per glass!

Net Calories
Hi!

Well, calories eaten are the ones you get in meals, calories worked off are the ones you "burn", so NET CALORIES are those remaining. For example, you eat 1200 calories and "burn" (between exercise, desk work, sleeping, etc.) 1500 calories, then you have a negative 300 calories. By keeping the record on negative calories you can lose weight.
