I have made a few changes to my eating habits. I am now eating celery, raw carrots and peppers in place of fruit in an attempt to cut down on sugars. Meter readings are good before and after meals so I am encouraged by that. Although I have stuck to my diet I have evaded weighing myself to avoid disappointment. I will do this over the Bank Holiday weekend.

I feel well and will not change my eating habits when I reach my target weight. I regard all of this as a permanent lifestyle change that has now been in place for over eighteen months.
