still sticking to my diet and trying to fit in more exercise. Walked the dogs for several miles over the Easter Break and felt better for it

Looking forward to lighter evenings and doing a bit of gardening when I get home from work. Every little helps.

Had to put another hole in my belt earlier this week. I have lost around 12" from around my waste so I'm getting there.

I will weigh myself over the Bank Holiday weekend. I hope a few more pounds have gone.
