Hello everyone, I hope we’re all having a good rest of our day. I went to work, came home, and hubby cooked me some baked salmon with grilled onions. Yummy goodness. #ProteinPacked #GoodFats #IThankGod #HaveAGoodWeekend

meeee tooo hahhaa, i like putting a teasspoon or two of avacado oil, glazing the salmon with peach jam, and cooking with sunflower seeds, craisins, a few crushed walnuts, minced garlic and a few pinches of that salmon seasoning.....heaven on earth...
