Hello and Happy Saturday FS!

The scale is confused. Up a tad. Still below my calorie limit although I purposely ate more yesterday hoping for scale movement. Well, it moved…just in the wrong direction! Lol!

168.7 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
