Hello and Happy Monday FS!

An unexpected drop! Woo hoo! Hmmm, was it because I weighed late? Oh well, I’ll take it!

171.3 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 36.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
