Yesterday , during the day,... was a bad day. I was soo busy at work and a tad stressed. I had to force myself to eat and still didn't eat any veggies or fruit. At home I did yoga, and some light strength training, however didn't break a sweat. Today I am at home due to weather issues and road conditions. It's gonna be a better day. I think I will work out, not only cleaning off my car and getting the heater to work again, but i forsee a Biggest Looser hour-a-thon. :) Go Me!
