i need to be more consistent on the time of day i weigh myself i think fluctuations like this could be discouraging if it changed more than that especially at a crucial mark like the 200 zone

yeah!! i broke 200!! im so excited!! it was my first mental milestone to reach i feel like i have accomplished something now!! i have quit weighing myself everyday so I wouldn't be so focused on it have discovered some new ways to eat and began to like fruit n veggies again! i am going to go grocery shopping soon and it will be my first completely whole food shopping trip Worried about cost, but excited about new possibilities of introducing new ideas to my family!

Yesterday , during the day,... was a bad day. I was soo busy at work and a tad stressed. I had to force myself to eat and still didn't eat any veggies or fruit. At home I did yoga, and some light strength training, however didn't break a sweat. Today I am at home due to weather issues and road conditions. It's gonna be a better day. I think I will work out, not only cleaning off my car and getting the heater to work again, but i forsee a Biggest Looser hour-a-thon. :) Go Me!

It's kind crazy. All I have cut out completely is the occasional sugar snack (oatmeal creme pie, cookie, etc) and the fried taters :( , other than that, I haven't really changed. I have added fruit, massive water and veggies in their place, so that is good. I am not sure I am convinced of the rapid weight loss. Thinking the wii may not be consistant, or the floor is uneven and causes different measure each time! However, I am not complaining...just need to purchase a bathroom scale for accuracy.
I need to up the exercise time. I should have gotten up early this morning to do at least 30-45 min so that I wouldn't feel the pressure to do all of it in the evening, which didn't get done tonight.
Anxious about getting my Zumba DvD's I think that will Kick up my exercise routine, immensely. Hoping they get here before the snow and Ice so I will have a whole day + to "play" with them!
