Down another 2 pounds. it is early so the weight should come off quickly at first. this is all about the long haul so i will need to accept that it will slow down and i will hit some challanges along the way. i am already feeling so much better, so much more in control of my body, and my clothes fit a bit better. it has been such a long time (if ever that i felt that way). It really is incredible how helpful this counting/tracking calories tool is to train yourself about how much is too much. It puts all of the information in your hands inorder to allow you to be informed and understand very specifically the impact of everything you eat!! Yeah, i just love it.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
