well, i held over 2 days and yesterday was the superbowl. that is a victory. i ate what i wanted to but really watched my quantities. Back at it tracking my food today!
235.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
