Well, i had my first trip out of town with restaurant eating. It was a great start. I was very careful with my choices and quantity. I also excercised in the hotel work out room! I have 2 restaurant meals tomorrow, wish me luck. I need to be very focused!

I am focused on exercising 5 days per week. I think that i need variety so my plan is as follows: 1 day walking, 1 day eliptical, 1 day swimming, 1 day exercise video and one free choice day. I think that the variety is good for the body and the mind to keep it fresh.
