Very pleased with how I feel, not tired, happier. Will continue fruits and vegetables for breakfast and lunch. Dinner will be whatever the family is eating. Will watch carbs at dinner.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
