This is the best I have felt in a long time. I will continue this lifestyle after the challange. I have more energy and am not hungry. There are no longer carb and sugar cravings, I don't need them.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
