Woke at 230.6, up .6 from yesterday. My upper stomach is really distended and bloated. I’ve been eating a lot of sugar-free pickles, and I don’t know if maybe that’s what’s happening. UPDATE: Yo peeps! Got to 229.8 by lunchtime and 229.6 by 5 pm. Online happy hour tonight. A little more crack chicken. Let's see what the morning brings!

You’re spooking me, yikes! My husband has been going a little nuts on pickles the jar was empty yesterday.😧 I haven’t noticed his stomach extending though. I didn’t know pickles even had sugar, so vinegary. Well I hope your tummy gets better and have a fantastic Tuesday Draglist!👍

It could be that maybe they are giving you gas stop eating them for a few days see if the problem corrects itself and try to keep your sodium down also have a great day hope it works out for the best be blessed 🙏😊

Might be the sugar free component. Like the notorious sugar free gummy bears and chocolate. Beano!
