Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday...spread the positive energy....

Decided this morning...I would try to do a zwift workout within zwift on fridays...besides just doing rides..there are also workouts to help you get stronger as a rider...today’s workout was Emily’s short mix...30 min workout...at 30 min..I was already hitting 7 miles..thinking...30 more minutes...why not....the hill...I went up....I though I’d never get over it...was in the smallest gear I had...and wishing I had a smaller one to shift in....but ....I made it over...you ever get to top of hill...to tired to peddle down....that seems to happen to me a lot....

The weather....yesterday 55 and rain...today...33 with wind chill....25.... I beat Hebrew had trouble leaving a nice warm house to get in his workout this morning huh....lol....I remember those days..leaving the house...to get a workout....it’s no water on a bicycle seat..regardless of how many insulated bibs and layers you wear....all your thinking....get this ride over...get inside...my hands and toes are cold....

Will be an inside day today for sure..my errands are caught up...lol...they can wait...lol...

Well...need to prep water bottles...in case the mood to ride later hits me...my thighs at the moment..not to enthused....lol

Actually the map thats showing my ride is from a virtual program called zwift...the richmond ride is one of their courses...i live in illinois...
