On my 2nd day of cleansing and I say it's going good so far. I am much more hungry today than I was yesterday, but I knew that would happen. I am planning on going rock climbing tonight and making a healthy chicken burrito tomorrow for lunch. Tomatoes, jalapenos, shredded chicken, brown rice, black beans, lettuce, and a lil avocado in a sprouted tortilla. Oh man sounds so good right now. Only three and a half more hours of work and then i can get to grocery shopping and working out. Love my new routines.
