I don't know if I want to lose more weight. I feel like 107 is a good weight for me. At this point I just want to maintain which means just eatting healthy meals and exercising at least six days a week. I've enjoyed all the new places I've seen and people I've experienced. I've really gotten into running. I want to see if I could run a half marathon in a couple of months even though a 10K seemed like a lot last Sunday. Hopefully the weather gets nicer. Going back to the rock climbing gym tonight, for a better go. Note to self do not ingest 40 grams of protein before working out. You just feel heavy, bloated and gassy. Gross!
