My goals by being on Fatsecret.com is to try to eat healthy, maintain a healthy weight and control my portion size. For me it's not about losing wieght so much as finding new healthy recipes, exercise programs and just having a good time being myself. I love to play tennis, rock climb, go to the beach, farmers markets and hike on the weekends. For me I take it one day at a time, and just find you have to be happy with who you are. I guess in some ways the diet I am on right now has taught me a lot, but I feel like its not the complete way to go. We'll see how this year turns out!
