Woke at 230.6, down 2.0 from yesterday. I fasted until noon and got to 229.7 before eating my first meal. I only ate 1300 calories yesterday. I'm going to PRIORITIZE protein this month but will try not to go over my calorie target to achieve the actual macro. Let's see how we do. UPDATE: I wore out a path to the bathroom all day, so I knew my pre-dinner weigh-in would be good: 226.4. Doing an online happy hour tonight, so I will enjoy some red wine. I will do leftover Italian zucchini bake for dinner.
