Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday....

Didn’t really push the workout today... picked a fairly flat course in zwift called tic toc....and got my ride in....was kinda nice...rode in fasted mode...and for this ride didn’t use any supplements to get me thru after my 45 minutes of glucoses run out....although I could tell my energy and my mind was getting out of the mood to keep pushing for one more mile....

Thought this morning about my next longer fast...I seen benefits from my 35 hour fast...even though it wasn’t as long as I planned...and I also learned from it....I normally fast 17-18 hours everyday...so...l

I can tell my flab is getting softer and it’s shrinking...especially below my tib cage...

Walmart day....5 items...one is furnace filters...lol....eating less...saving money....and no...I’m not hungry....learning to eat way I should have been eating all along....
