No change. I dod real good yesterday for breakfast and lunch but then I had some froed potatos and ring bologna for dinner. Some friends came over and I had 2 drinks. I am not supposed to have my drinks until Saturday! I was not able to workout because my back was real sore yesterday. I will see what today brings. I stayed close to my calorie limit but on the good side I did cut down on carbs...so overall just a day of "Not-to-bad"
