Well after my day off I gained about 1 pound only. I dis have some Captain and Diet, a few Doritos, Chicken Alfredo for dinner, and a few small chocolates in the evening. I did not exercise. My back is much better today and I am back to it this morning. Exercise and 1500 calories. I needed the day off!
