Another pound and no complaints. I am however finding that I am including to many carbs in my diet.10% carbs is not good. I am staying within my calorie limits of 1500 so that is good. My back is still a bit sore but improving. No salt or soda at all this week. I am looking forward to Saturday when I can have an of day and have a couple of drinks during the Colts game.
