I stayed within my calorie limits again yesterday but pushed it with lots of carbs. Had a salad at Applebies I thought was ok but turned out to be a bit more then I thought. Chris made Chili so I went and had a couple of bowls of it. Really good stuff! I walked a mile and worked out for a 1/2 hour in the gym. My nack is still a bit sore but improving each day. Focus...Focus
