Hi Kat, can you please share how to shape the fries that way, I could never do that. They look perfectly prepared

Naj, I just used a long chef's knife and hand cut them out of a solid baking potato. Just halved and halved again. They are air fried, I did take the time to soak them in cold water this time and I sprayed them on the rack. Costco seasoning, grape seed oil, no flour or cornstarch. I also kept an eye on them this time in five minute increments - these turned out really well.
