Thankfully, I didn't cross over into the 250's last week, though it was close. I had to buy myself 3 new outfits this summer plus a pair of pajamas and underwear because I had outgrown all my other clothes. Now, I'm looking at buying outfits for the fall/winter. I don't think anything I have from last year will still fit, but I'll look through my closet and find out. Just can't seem to get my head in the game.
248.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 98.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

No words of wisdom since I'm struggling with getting my head in the game. But at least we are still in the game. We'll do this.

Sometimes we lose our mindset and it takes a while to regain it. Your resolve will return, just don't stress too much and start back when you can.

Self hate is the enemy of weight loss. Guilt leads to stress leads to cortisol leads to more fat storage. Give yourself some love. Think about all the amazing things your body does for you every day! Thank it and try sending it some positive energy. It will respond in kind. Get yourself some new clothes that fit if you need them. Feeling uncomfortable not having anything to wear is just more stress you don't need dear.

I'm so sorry... I am doing the same as you. I've got a set of oars and I'm rowing in your boat, too. I figure I'll do what I know I should do... eventually.. Until than I'll hang onto my oars.. {{{HUGS}}}
