Our "go to" breakfast most mornings is fruit & half a bagel with PB. Without access to a toaster or microwave in our room while we were away...Blueberrie muffins for a light breakfastâ–ª The last of them them morning...added pears to the fruit mix...FALL :-)

Looks good but black coffee for me. I am still struggling with controlling carbs for weight loss.

Ruthe, I ate fruit & 1/2 a bagel all during the weight loss phase of my program. I do eat lower carb overall, but more portion control than elimination.

I am so glad that in all of your adventuring and staying so many places that you guys stayed safe and were able to get away and have fun! I know you had to take precautions, but you escaped ordinary life and saw your people and wonderful things! So happy for you!
