Did consume some empty calories, but other than a late-night snack did pretty good. Need to count up the calories to see. Three sets of tennis should have burned off the excess calories last night.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
