Well as of 12:26 today I turned 66. Yay.
I got notice that my scale will be here today or tomorrow. Perfect timing as I ate my favorite lunch and chocolate birthday cake today. I am full. Omg. Oh well it will be what it will be. I feel so slim but I bet my weight has risen. I am prepared.

Happy birthday. Remember life is about finding a balance between healthy and eating things that are just sinfully good. If you cut everything out, then what if is the point of trying to be the best you? You can enjoy your birthday, and cheat days. They are actually mentally healthy for you. So be glad you have a birthday and cake and enjoy the heck out of them without regret. You have all of the other days to balance that day out!
