June 2020 Recap: Daily Average: Exercise: 2847kcal, Food: 2014kcal, (Fat: 100.28g, Protein: 132.54g, Carbs: 91.61g)

On a long term trend (measured by TrendWeight.com, I gained 4.0 net pounds in June. My body fat percentage went up 1.6 percent (4.6 pounds). My lean mass went down by 1.0 pounds. I added about 135 more calories per day on average and I burned an additional 12 calories per day. I continued alternate day weights and HIIT spinning workouts six days a week. My average carbs went from 72 to 92 grams per day. My average fat intake went from 95 to 100 grams per day. My protein went from 141 to 133 grams per day. My alcohol intake went from 176 calories a day to about 215 calories a day. I will be aiming for 1675 calories per day on average in July, using alternate-day fasting of approximately 500 calories on one day followed by approximately 2850 calories on the following day.

I think I might give trendweight.com a try! Any recommendation on a wifi scale? I looked at them a very long time ago and they were a bit pricey.

Man, you are really a numbers guy! 😁 Your recording every bit of information really does help you see what is happening. This encourages me to at least be better recording all my intake. I find it easy to get lazy about that and lose track of the weekly averages. 😁 Good going!!!
