Day 1 of a planned 1 days of ‘water fasting’

Yesterday I started eating, and eating, and eating... (sigh)

Looking forward to next week when I try a 4 day 'water fast'.

183.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@liv001 - But Liv you only have 'one of those days' maybe once a month, I have it every-time-I-eat 🤣

@jessyvcortes - Thanks! Yes, I do 'accept' this about myself (sigh). I seem to be able to make progress when I fast, so that is my 'push harder' :)
