Yay! Down 1 pound, which is what I was expecting and hoping for. I fell off the wagon for a while. I'm not sure what I was eating in terms of total calories per day, but I think it was likely between 1700-1900 per day. So hopefully getting back to 1400 a day (or less) should be helpful. Still loving low carb for the mental benefits!!
