I bought this band for my leg days. The woman in the picture on the box is standing with both her legs in it. It's above her knees for squats and such. It ended up being like an ankle bracelet. 😂 Tried to take a pic to put it in perspective. Enjoy!

That’s funny. Maybe tuck a towel in there and it’ll give a little after a few uses. I use one of those in the pool for crab walk and it burns the thighs.

Katsolo, I bet I haven't crab walked since 6th grade. 😆 circa 1986. I'll see if I have the box for it to look at again to see what it says but I am sure I tossed it.
