19 days of logging straight.

--Daily Averages--
Food: 2004kcal
Carbs: 148.21g

Too high for my current energy expenditure as the scale is not moving.

I will push the food down to 1000 - 1800 and carbs to around 120g for a few days and take it from there.

I will not quit. Onward.

Logging makes you so aware of what you actually eat. Sometime it seems like you are eating very little, but when you write it all down it really adds up.
