day 475...GOOOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!!...feeling great today..alittle stiff an sore from the weight routine yesterday but not all that bad...gonna do a morning walk this morning...get out an smoke them shoes some...then have several errands to do...later this afternoon after friend gets off work, then suppose to go bck out ther and help split some more wood again today...feels cool out this morning, but once i get to walkin, im sure that wont matter...im ready to get bck into a walking routine again...an get bck on track with that..i miss walking in the mornings...an its been really hard not to be out gettin that in everyday...but feet are lookin good, no blisters, no red spots, so gonna go for it today an just do a short 45 min walk or so...been thinkin maybe just doing one every other day till i can get bck into a regular walking routine an give my feet time to get use to it again..just gonna have to play day to day...well...time is wasting...an im ready to rock and walk....have a great day...keep it moving!!!!

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!! I AM DOING THIS!!!! I AM FIRST!!!!!
2. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
5. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
6. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
7. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
8. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
9. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
10. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
12. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

13. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!

Have a good walk... It's such a great exercise don't cha think? What could be more simple?!?! I think that's why it's my favorite thing to do!! Of course, I watch tv while I'm on the treadmill so it's kinda like a treat since it seems to be the only time I have to watch any tv!! Have a great day!! =)

kept busy today...after my morning walk, did crunches, then pushups, an stretches...this afternoon did 30 min of weights to warm up for when my friend called to help split wood...it helped...he called went to his house and we did 1 1/2 loads of wood, loaded an unloaded it...and now im back home an wound up...and its almost bed time...lol....i was tired when we got done, but i think my second wind just kicked in...until i lay down an sink into the mattress...lol...
