Completed ✅ my daily challenge with Ashley, Silkian, Liv, SHYates, Linedrive841 and I believe squirlz88 and Bethany. Today I did 50 glute bridges 🤗🔥🔥 instead of 30.All other exercises were the same ☺️☺️💪💪☀️☀️☀️💜💚

Just finished mine friends!!! Did 40 inner leg lifts, donkey kicks, and glute bridges instead of 30 😍🍑🔥💪🏼 the rest was all the same. Have a great day ladies 💜💜💜

Hi squirlz88 🤗💪 absolutely!! So we are doing leg raises bilateral x30, inner leg/thigh raises bilaterally x30, donkey kicks bilaterally x30, walking squats x30, side or vertical scissors bilateral x30 and glute bridges x30. Ashley warned me about the pressure in the lumbar doing the side and vertical scissors. I made it through a few. I modified and skipped those but said I love the glute bridges. It’s a goody🙌💪🔥🔥🔥 🍑 🦵🏻 🤗 I’m glad you’re in friend 💜💚

OK then I’m down! Husband goes back to work after over a month of stay-at-home order so making him dinner. Tomorrow though I shall be participating! I put a reminder on my calendar and will check in after completion. Thanks for the motivational opportunity! 🙏👍👊 I made a screenshot of the exercises you mentioned as well so I have no excuse not to find them again. 😂 Accountability helps so much so a big thank you!
