Hey there! I’m 52 and 5' 3". My way of eating's always been on automatic pilot, but that changed in 2018 when I had a toxic reaction to an antibiotic called Cipro. It damaged tendons, muscles, intestines, etc. I now have a ton of food sensitivities and consequent restrictions because of it. I also recently weaned off an ADHD medication (amphetamine stimulant) which I think caused cravings for carbs and sugar. Help meeeeee 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ So, I’m here to figure out this thing called eating and admittedly a little socializing cuz there's a lot of cool people here. 😁 As far as weight goes, I just want to maintain it.

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I’m 5’3 and try to maintain current weight of about 104. Anything less and my skin gets kinda loose and gross lol. I have been 125 pounds before though and was healthy at that weight as well.

Hey I know what you mean about those winter blahs. I grew up and lived in Los Angeles my entire life until last year when I moved to Michigan so I’m experiencing a real winter for the first time. I long for the outdoors and sunshine lol! I hope you can find your motivation again. Sometimes admitting the problem and being accountable to others is enough to get it back. Starting can be the hardest part. I think you can do it though! Let me know how it goes and God bless you!

First week...it's working!!
Right on! I’m finding it an eye opening experience to see what I’m REALLY eating and how much as well by logging it. Cheers to you!
