GOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!...DAY 468...was reading an article last night...Trainer Tells All: What I Have Learned About Health and Fitness click here....and after i read it last night, i got really motivated as it got me to thinkin about how i was gonna spend money on equipment that i could save money on, and just do the exercises like so many others do and probably get better results and without a machine...so today starts a new day of doing exercises like we all use to do when we was in school and at a younger age...gonna get on floor an do my morning crunches, do the front, and then the sides, a few pushups (still using my knees, but today am gonna try doing them with all my core), then do some toe touches, do some twists, just execsises i can remember doing when i was in school an hated it..lol...then after i get a good workout going, gonna head out the door an get a 30 min walk in...just feeling really good today about it all...catch you all later...have a great monday!!!!!....

tried my best to do a 30 min walk, but once i seen how easy it was my feet wanted to do more...ended up being a 70 min walk...so far today...did my 100 crunches, then turned on my side and did 50 each but can tell its time to add more on to that...tried to do full body pushups, but toes wont take all the extra weight, so just gonna use the counter top to push off of ther to do those..an then turn around with back next to counter to do tricep pushups...goood workout for both front an back of body...now gonna stick the pilates dvd in and get that workout, as to me pilates is alot like the old fashion moves ...and then...it will be time to watch the sun move over the sky and see whats left on my daily list of things to do...

You are just the energizer bunny! Those feet have a mind of their own. I picture you walking through town with a drum hanging from your neck:) I just made a new folder on my laptop labled 'fitness' for all the wonderful articles you share. Otherwise I would never exercise cause I'm always reading them. Thank you for sharing!

alot of what i read in the article are things that ive learned from being on fs or from having read it somewhere else and its like a refresher course...and i also learned things i didnt kno from reading it...thought it was a good article..kinda long though...

Those exercises we did in school, in PE, and on sports teams used to really work my body...I don't know about anybody else, but, it was definitely not easy, it was work. I'm going to take it back to the school days myself and see what happens! Thanks for the idea...

I've always preferred getting on the floor for some good exercise......I'm like a bull in a china shop when it comes to aerobic dance.....amusing really that one could be so NOT coordinated!!! I agree with the article.....you DON'T require expensive equipment to get good exercise......Walking is one of the best forms of exercise and if you're diligent about working all parts of the body on the floor exercise......you should be golden......hugggggies darlin'......Have a GREAT day!

Great on adjusting your work out to fit and not hurt them feeties. :) I find it interesting that we are so willing to look to spend some money on something to try and make losing weight easier, when you are so right, alls we have to do is MOVE and do simple exercises. Keep on kickin' it!!
