So, I bought a new scale yesterday. It says I have gained 1.6 lbs. in 4 days! As sad as the difference in weight is I am going to stick with this scale and record what it says!
178.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
