Woke at 217.6, down 1.6 after a 36 hour fast. Started with protein coffee, then ate some keto meatloaf and salad at 11:30. Did 20 minutes of HIIT spinning to start the day. UPDATE: Weighed at 5:30 after a good-sized lunch. Weighed 218.6, which is legit. Italian chicken for dinner.
