Since we're supposed to be self-isolating for up to eight weeks, I thought it might be a good time to expand my personal challenge out to others. I'm going to extend my 30 minutes for 30 days to others by starting a challenge.

Feel free to join. Do whatever you can for at least thirty minutes every day. Get those endorphins going. Mine is swimming, but walking outside is still okay for most people, there are tons of free videos on YouTube, and you can use things like lifting water bottles, cans, and children (your own only, please) if nothing else.

Edit: I am NOT swimming tonight. Wind gusts in excess of 15mph are blowing stuff down from my trees onto the car and onto the pool. We'll see if it calms down in a few but will likely take dogs on a quick walk and then treadmill.

Loved the safe distances picture... And thanks for suggestions to workout. I will check those out. And yeah I plan to do something every day ... good for mental and physical reasons

Okay, it's up there, but won't start for a week (I know). It's called "30 Minutes for 30 Days" and open to everyone. I'll work on some invites later, but I have got to get some real work done.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=homeworkout.homeworkouts.noequipment in all honesty I thought this would be cheesy but its been working for me. haven't lost any weight but have trimmed a bunch of body fat and my pants are bigger. almost have a 6 pack. almost. I do the same thing every time I join a gym and then stop after 6 months. my hours are goofy so it's easy to fit this in at home. also got the rubber bands from Walmart website I like. I'm no body builder but like to stay halfway in shape.
