GOOOOOD SUNDAY MORNING EVERYONE...DAY 454...... bethru has noticed that im gettin outta my morning routine of gettin up as early...lol...and yes its gettin harder to get up with the seasons changing...sun isnt comin up for an hour later..and i think my body knows that...but i havnt been settin the alarm clock either since im not walkin yet...guess i need to keep settin it so i stay on track and dont get in the i dont want to get outta bed routine...lol....i have been reading pkings journal...glad he kept one!!!...was reading way bck in early part of his journal where he started out walking...hes was like 100 pounds lighter then me when he started...but ive been reading that joggin if you can do it...will burn 3x more calories then just walkin...he first started out by just joggin a block or two and kept building it up...and i have been thinkin would be a good way of shockin my body once i am able to do walks again...just shorten my walk to like 30 min walks...with joggin thru that 30 min...like a walk/jog workout to get use to it and build up my whole body ...as joggin is a whole body workout...all at once...something i need...i did my weight routine yesterday evening, with my wrists weights on my arms to add more resistance...an then when it was time to lay down an sleep, naturally i was wound for sound...today im gonna do crunches and try to add my ankle/wrist weights to the cruncher that i have an see if that helps any...yeap...im always thinkin of ways to increase the resistance..an make the workout a different one...keep my body guessing as to what its got to do to get thru the workouts...well...just finished breakfast and gettin ready to put cream on my feet...they are lookin less red today...and less puffy...so naturally im wanting to use them more...lol...i was up an movin more yesterday...did 820 steps just inside an around the outside of the house...each day they keep gettin more an more...well....enjoy your weekend...catch you all later...

Sounds as if you are back on track! Five more pounds - five more pounds! My husband has a Bow Flex. It is GREAT for resistance without the herky jerky motion of free weights. These machines are expensive but they are great!

yeap.....just 5 more pounds...lol...im limited on room here...so not alot of room for the machines ....and im always afraid of gettin something like that...and then it sittin an collectin the clothes, dust, and anything else that it can collect...lol...

I love how you are constantly trying to find new ways to work out! When one door closes (temporarily) you kick down two more! Go YOU! Keep taking care of those hind feet :)

yeap...i just reset my alarm clock so i could get bck in the habit of gettin bck up early again...so bethru....il be up for you tomow...lol...
