GOOOOOOD MORNING...WEEK IS HALF OVER...DAY 450...wakin up to a much cooler morning again this morning...wore a sheatshirt jacket an sweats yesterday on walk, looks like gonna be wearing warmer clothes again this morning...i think the cooler mornings are gonna be an every morning thing from now on...wakin up to warm summer mornings are over for the year...was in the 80s here yesterday afternoon...but like in the low 60s to start out with...well only got one walk in yesterday...11391 in steps..and will only have time for one walk again today..way it looks right now..but that could change...so who knows...till it gets closer to the next walk..lol...to many things going on around here to get all my walking in like i would like...been wakin up at 4am, and eating, an then going bck to bed till 530 am and then gettin up an going for a walk...dont kno what thats about..wish i would just sleep that extra and be refreshed...and if i try an lay till that time..i just lay there wide awake...so i get up do my journal..then go bck to bed for a few and wake up ready to rock an walk..lol...well time to eat and get all of that over with so i can get my last hour of rest before my morning walk...have a great day...catch you all later...

My new sleep pattern is similar to yours and I am attributing it to the exercise and weight loss triggering the endorphins that keep me hyped up. I am just making sure I get to bed on time cause I know I will be waking up early. So far it is working...
