88g protein, 25g carbs, 1g fat, & 7g fiber without the toppings. This is the same recipe that I use every time now just more/less pumpkin or protein depending on what I have around. They are SUPER moist and flip just like regular pancakes. What I used today : 1 carton egg whites (460g), 220g pumpkin, 1.5 scoops quest coffee protein, & cinnamon.

How about this. 8 oz of real cream cheese, 8 large eggs, 1 stick of real salted butter, 2 scoops of protein powder and 1 tsp of vanilla extract blended with coconut oil nonstick spray for the skillet.
