gooooood morning...day 448...more to come later...lol ...il try this again....GOOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!...the first time i got up this morning...i just couldnt stay up and going went bck to bed for an hour got back up finally, ate and got ready for my morning walk...today i added more blocks on..went farther on a morning walk then usual...
9536 in steps, 9298 aerobic, 614 cal, 4.36 mile, 86 min...walked from one end of town to the other, my farthest walk done all in the same walk...half way thru i was thinkin ut oh..to much....but i kept on pushin it...was cooler out this morning had to wear a short sleeve sweatshirt over tshirt..so worked up a great sweat layering up like that...not sure if i will get any other walk in today as im headed outta town for the day...sister has a dr. appoinment and im the driver...lol...so gonna take my mp3 player with me while shes in appoinment an listen to the eating and exercising mp3...to relax an get my focus set bck in for the week again...its always nice to take that day off to heal and rebuild for the next day, but makes for a long day...lol...well catch you all later...have a great day...hope your all doing ok....
